TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once order is placed by the customers, the order will be processed by the Amavez platform.

  • Orders made shall be assigned to the respective sellers.

  • Orders will be sent to the designated Curiour services and tracking ID will be sent to the customers.

  • Customers can then use the tracking ID to track the shipment.

  • Due to unplanned incidents or natural hazards, delivery might be delayed in such cases and the customers will be informed regarding such events.

    RETURN AND REFUNDS

  • In case of damaged / defective / an incorrect item, the customers can inform us via email at return@amavez.com.

  • Amavez will send a digital form to be filled by the customer which will then be processed.

  • After processing the digital form, Amavez team will provide the customers with the necessary steps in order to send back the product.

  • Customers are responsible to inform about defective or incorrect item shipped within 15 working days from the date of receiving. If not, the product will not be considered as refundable or replaceable.

  • Refunds will be provided within 15 working days after approval of refund from Amavez.

  • In case of refunds, customers will be asked to provide valid bank details so that the transaction is made possible.

• The product is to be sent back as it has been received without any damage to the product and the packaging apart from which was considered as defective / incorrect.

VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM

  • Delivered product is defective (dead on arrival) / damaged ( Broken, physically destroyed )

  • Delivered product is incorrect ( different from what is presented on the website) / missing item in the product / incorrect size of products.

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • The product must not be used, worn or washed and should be in the same condition as it was shipped to the customers. Fashion products can be worn once to check size and fitting and will be considered unworn.

  • Product must include all original tags, user manual and warranty cards /. Accessories that came with the product.

  • Customer is to make sure to return all items without any damage and with all the original packaging with which the product was sent. Customer also needs to make sure to print return label on the parcel when sending it back for return or replacement.

  • In case a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send the product back to the customer without any changes to it.
